Holiday rentals with pool - Lucca hills, Tuscany - Tenuta Bellosguardo

A holiday rental with pool in the Lucca hills of Tuscany. Tenuta Bellosguardo is a wonderful estate situated on a spectacular panoramic spot. This accommodation provides two independent apartments and a cottage, sharing gardens and the swimming pool.

The property extends over 40 hectares – smooth hills covered with olive groves and vineyards and a little lake. On a clear day you can see the leaning tower of Pisa and, from afar, the sea. The immediate surroundings are great for walking and cycling.

The historical centre of Lucca is within easy reach as are the other art towns of Tuscany; and the coast of Versilia, with its endless sandy beaches, is easily reachable.

You can laze by the swimming pool (12x6 metres, 1.40m deep and set in the ground). There is 1000 square metres of lawn around the pool, partially fenced and equipped with a table and chairs and sun umbrellas.

Apartment Calla (7 persons) is situated on the first floor and is accessed through an internal staircase. It consists of an open-plan living room with a kitchen corner (equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, TV and a dining table); there are three double bedrooms (one of these has a double bed plus a single bed), and two bathrooms with shower. There are granite tiled floors and the apartment is simply, but comfortably furnished. One of the three bedrooms is air-conditioned.

Apartment Narciso (2+2 persons) lies on the ground floor and is accessed from a side of the house. There is an open-plan living area with an equipped kitchen corner and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The floors are terracotta tiled.

Gelsomino (5 persons) is a gracious independent cottage which is located close to the swimming pool and the main building. Entrance on the ground floor: spacious living-dining room with couches and upholstered furniture, 1 single bed settee, dining table, fire-place, kitchen angle with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. On the 1st floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet. The holiday home disposes of a veranda equipped with a table and chairs. A small garden (300 sqm) with deckchairs and sun-umbrella belongs also to Gelsomino. The garden lies close to the swimming pool which is shared with Calla and Narciso. Parking within the property.
The house is very bright and cosy, furnished in country style, with terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, walls in delicate pastel colours. You have wonderful views onto the surroundings hills.
